Natalie has taught at multiple studios throughout Colorado and Arizona including Sumits Yoga, Ahimsa Yoga, ONE Yoga Denver, and BIG Power Yoga. Natalie's teaching philosophy centers around helping students recalibrate their nervous system and embody their practice both on and off the mat. Natalie brings 7+ years of teaching experience and more than 500 hours of training. She specializes in power vinyasa, alignment, meditation, yin, and breathwork.
Natalie's goal is to empower students to cultivate a holistic approach to their well-being, both physically and mentally. She is passionate about creating a supportive community where students can connect, grow, and thrive together. Join Natalie at our Vail retreat as we embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation through the practice of yoga.
Amanda Bell (E-RTY 500, 200 RTY Ashtanga), owner of Bend and Zen Hot Yoga Nashville, has practiced yoga for 15+ years and taught for 13 years. This military brat, arm balance enthusiast, former marathon runner and lover of cats has a playful and educational approach to yoga and is a firm believer that the shapes we make on our mats are meant to make our everyday lives more fulfilling.
In addition to teaching over 4,000 hours of yoga and traveling to India to further her yogic knowledge, Amanda is passionate about meditation & breathwork modalities to help regulate the nervous system and live a more peaceful life. Her teaching motto: When one learns that yoga is about setting aside your ego, not comparing yourself to others or forcing your bones into a pretzel, that’s when the real work begins. Amanda will be leading our Telluride, Colorado retreat.
Namaste! Carly believes yoga should be fun & accessible to all. She has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years but it wasn’t until she decided to leave her law practice that she took the leap and embarked on the journey to becoming a teacher. Carly uses her past experience as a former corporate litigator as her motivation, driving her to create safe, inclusive, and motivating classes – empowering students to lead more positive, enriching & balanced lives. Guiding students to meet and honor themselves exactly where they are and always working to fill their cups (on & off the mat)!
Carly teaches primarily hot vinyasa classes, and can be found guiding students through their flows at Sumits Hot Yoga, and Gray Yoga. She specializes in movement inspired by music – she believes connecting movement with the vibrational power of music is not only motivating but meditative.
Carly is passionate about honoring the lineage of great yogis before her and making the history, philosophy, & foundations of yoga accessible to all. First & foremost her goal is to move you physically, focusing on alignment and honoring your body, then hopefully that physical practice leads to a more mindful, fulfilling, and spiritually sound life.
Marisa has been practicing a variety of yoga styles for over 15 years - ranging from Ashtanga to Vinyasa to a more restorative Yin Practice. She turned to yoga after an injury forced her to give up running, and has never looked back. With an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, she has a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, which she applies to her teaching. She recently completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Sumits Hot Yoga in Littleton, Colorado. In addition to yoga, Marisa currently teaches pilates at KD Pilates in Greenwood Village. Prior to founding Sea 2 Ski Yoga Retreats, Marisa worked in health care in corporate America for more than 15 years. Inspired by her love of the Rocky Mountains, and the amazing connections she formed while traveling on beach yoga retreats across Europe, Marisa decided to start Sea 2 Ski Yoga Retreats. Marisa lives in Centennial, Colorado, with her husband, Chip, and their two dogs. She holds a B.S. from Iowa State University, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
